USEFUL TIPS FOR A HARD DAY AT SCHOOL

HOW TO HANDLE A HARD DAY AT SCHOOL

Have you ever stepped into school as merry as a lark , but suddenly…

1.       Your computer doesn’t work , no matter how hard you try?

2.       The main and central printer doesn’t have the usual internet connection and it takes a long time to have your copies printed?

3.       You and your headmaster have a serious chat and he disagrees with you? At last, both of you were right but the moment has been tense…

Fed up and angry, you decide to concentrate on a different activity and it makes you feel much better. You tidy your desk and organize your stuff. Afterwards, the feeling is great! Once this last activity is over, with your spirits high, you know nothing is going to stop you.

Feeling happy and powerful, you decide to write down the lesson you have just learnt: There will always be problems to face, but here's the best part : you can beat them all by looking at their positive  side.

These are a few tips for those few days at school when everything goes wrong:

  1. -Lock yourself into an empty room and…SHOUT! (You  can also say some rude words, but first make sure nobody is watching )
  2. -Be positive: There are no problems, only solutions and good ways out which are going to improve your life.
  3. -Cool down before talking. Don’t show your anger with words in public, bite your tongue if it is not possible.
  4. -Ignore that colleague who wants to make so called “funny” comments, just when you are “fighting inside your volcano”: Ignore him and keep on doing the things that really matter to you. Don’t give him a frown, not even a smile.
  5. -Don’t take what your superiors tell you too personally: When you have done your best, there’s nothing they can blame on you .If it doesn’t depend on you, take only your share of responsibility.
  6. -Tell your students how you feel. Add it is not because of them. Don’t explain, just tell them you are really cross and you don’t want to shout at them anything you would be regretting later. They understand.

Fortunately, Any day has only 24 hours, this awful  day too.

To sum up, don’t forget to bear this in mind:

Teaching is great!!

          Life is beautiful!!

You deserve the best!!
